bootloader Problem

Ich habe mit diesem Image installiert: http://kmuto.jp/debian/d-i/

Installation verlief fehlerfrei, am Ende wurde XP als 2. System gefunden, ich habe Grub als boot loader festgelegt. Nur: beim Neustart erscheint kein boot loader, es wird direkt nach XP gebootet. Jmd eine Idee, wie ich das ändern kann?

sieht für mich gut aus. Was mir eben noch aufgefallen ist: unter XP gibt es keine Datei C:\boot.ini, stattdessen nur ein backup dieser Datei.

Hast Du denn Grub auch in den MBR schreiben lassen ?
Das riecht fast danach, dass das nicht passiert ist...

Du scheinst zwei Platten zu haben.
Im Bios kann man einstellen, welche zuerst gestartet wird, dazu gibt es hier im Forum viele Tipps.
Unbedingt auch Snoopy's Hinweis beachten.

mbr wurde wohl geschrieben, umstellen der boot reihenfolge im bios hat funktioniert. danke.
