Software Raid wird in Knoppix erkannt - in Debian nicht

Hallo!

Habe ein kleines Problem.
Linux läuft auf einer eigenen Festplatte. Kernel ist 2.6.18. Am gleichen Controller sind auch noch zwei Festplatten angeschlossen, die ein Software Raid bilden. Nun wird dieses in Debian nicht erkannt.
Wenn ich Knoppix boote oder Fedora, wird es erkannt. Hat einen relativ langen Namen, isw_cc******array.
Was muss ich tun, damit Debian dieses Raid auch erkennt? Liegt es an Kerneloptionen? Oder andere Konfigurationsdinge?

Nun ja, da wäre mal die Ausgabe von lspci interessant, damit man sieht, welchen Controller du hast.
