RTL8192CE: Instabiles WLAN

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe vor einiger Zeit schon einen weiteren Thread mit einem ähnlichen Problem, aber unterschiedlicher Hardware eröffnet (und mir wurde auch erfolgreich geholfen). Nun komme ich leider an einem anderen PC schon wieder nicht weiter.

Ich habe auf dem ASUS-Notebook von meinem Bruder Debian Stretch installiert, aber das Netzwerk funktioniert nicht richtig. Häufig funktioniert das Netzwerk, aber es zeitweise kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Der Browser lädt dann ewig (ohne die Seite irgendwie aufzubauen). Auch Terminalprogramme (z.B. apt-get) können sich nicht mit dem Internet verbinden. Die Statusanzeige von Gnome zeigt aber eine Verbindung zum WLAN an. Nach den Berichten meines Bruders hat er auch mit dem Internet Probleme, wenn das Internet über Kabel mit dem Router verbunden ist.

Im selben Netzwerk kann seine Freundin mit ihrem Windows-Computer problemlos surfen. Auch hier (im gemieteten Ferienhaus) habe ich Probleme, wenn ich mit diesem Computer über das Netzwerk im Internet surfe. Ich habe leider keine Idee, woran es liegen könnte. Vielleicht könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?

Die Hinweise von https://wiki.debian.org/rtl819x#rtl8192ce-1 habe ich bereits befolgt (auch den mit dem Power Management).

Wie sieht es denn aus, wenn du dort per Ethernet surfst? Wahrscheinlich nur WLAN vorhanden ...
Wie sieht es denn aus, wenn du dir WLAN-Zugang ueber den Hotspot eines Smartphones verschaffst, also Internet per LTE?
Mache einfach 2 Minuten ping auf google.de und auf 8.8.8.8
Zusammenfassungen der ping-Kommandos nach Abbruch posten, nicht die ganzen Ausgaben.

Boote mal eine Ubuntu-Live-Iso oder Knoppix oder Kanotix. Funktioniert Internet damit, ping fehlerfrei?
(ISOs haben unfreie Firmware an Bord, meist keine Installation notwendig.)

Hinweis: Pegel von -65 dBm moechte nicht schlechter werden.

die Installation ist ein Upgrade von Debian Jessie, wobei das Problem auch schon vor dem Upgrade bestand.

Mit dem Kabel konnte ich leider nicht testen, da ich kein Kabel hier habe. Beim pingen ist aber schon ein Problem aufgefallen. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung
"ping: socket: Keine Berechtigung, attempting raw socket..."
Gepingt habe ich übrigens als root.
Diese Fehlermeldung kommt bei der Debian-Live CD nicht. (Die Debian Live CD hatte ich gerade zur Hand.)

Nun, ein Franken-Debian hast du wohl nicht (Quellenliste).

Diese Fehlermeldung kommt bei der Debian-Live CD nicht. (Die Debian Live CD hatte ich gerade zur Hand.)
Der Output von ping ist dann unter dem installierten System:

Ist klar, Debian-Live-Iso hat keine unfreie Firmware, die du jedoch fuer dein WLAN brauchst. Nachinstallieren ist ohne Netz auch schlecht moeglich.
Probiere mit den genannten Isos mit unfreier Firmware! Wenn die klappen, hast du wohl einiges "versaubeutelt" zumal:

Sorry, das ist natürlich ein Debian Live mit nonfree firmware. (Jedenfalls wenn ich das richtig in Erinnerung habe. Internet geht ja auch und der Ping-Output ist ebenfalls besser.)

Nach kurzer Recherche bin ich bei der Fehlermeldung nun leider nicht weitergekommen. Darum werde ich dann jetzt Debian erst einmal neu installieren und schauen, ob es dann funktioniert.

Jedenfalls kaum Paketverluste und ping Zeiten von 40 ms in schlecht designten WLANs / mit schlechten Uplinks / Mehrfach-NAT hatte ich auch schon. Beim Surfen stoert es nicht. Zuhause wird es sicher besser sein.
