interner Debian mirror

Hallo,

ich baue mir gerade einen internen Debian Mirror

Vorraussetzungen: installieres Debian 8.4, apt-mirror installiert, apache 2 installiert

folgende Probleme habe ich: Der Cronjob startet nicht und ich komme per http nicht auf die interne Freigabe.

Kann mir da jemand helfen? Welche Configs werden noch benötigt?

Als Erstes, die größte Fehlerquelle, ist das Script mit den richtigen Berechtigungen versehen, und ausführbar ?

welche Berechtigungen muss denn das Skript haben?

Aktuell habe ich die folgende Berechtigung:
