script in taskbar geht nicht

Hallo Leute

dieses kleine ver/entschlüsse script funktioniert wenn ich es aus dem termianl heraus starte:

wenn ich um im gnometaskbarpanel (was für ein Wort) einen Anwendungsstarter anlege und dann "encrpyt" wähle und einen neuen ordner für die neue Verschlüsselte Datei anlage, dann wir der Ordner zwar erstellt ABER die Datei nicht.
Wenn ich das Script im Terminal so aufrufe dann gehts.

Woran kann das liegen?
