gnome network manager

gnome network manager gibt folgende Fehlermeldung aus:
Could not find information on interface 'wlan0:avahi' in /proc/net/dev
Wieso wlan0:avahi :?: Ich hab jedenfalls keinen Alias vergeben.

Bevor HP meine alte funktionierende Installation/Konfiguration bei einer Reparatur gelöscht hatte, wurden alle gefundenen Netze im Gnome- Netzwerkmanager als Drop down menu angeboten. So würde ich's gern wieder hinbekommen. Falls es weiterhilft:
