Dir fehlt in der /etc/apt/sources.list noch die eigentlich wichtigste Zeile:

Der Installer hat die wohl nicht eingebaut, weil bei der Installation noch die CDs benutzt wurden. Alle anderen Einträge, die du da bisher hast, sind nur für (Sicherheits-) Updates da.

So, zum einen sehe ich die betreffende Zeile nicht und zum anderen hast du selbst meine Änderungen nicht eingebaut. Du machst jetzt folgendes:
1. Kopiere diese sources.list

Einfach alles markieren und mit strg+c kopieren.
2. sources.list mit nano öffnen:

nano /etc/apt/sources.list

3. Löscht Alles!
4. Wenn Alles gelöscht ist dann Rechtklick+Einfügen und mit strg+o speichern
5. Datenbank updaten

apt-get update

6. System aktualisieren

apt.get dist.-upgrade

7. Icedove installieren

apt-get install icedove icedove-l10n-de

So, ab an die Arbeit

Muß mal gucken wo der Fehler lag...

Zum einen fehlten die de's in den Zeilen, in denen ftp vorkam und zum Anderen fehlte besagt Zeile. Das ist aber nicht deine Schuld und auch nur zur Hälfte vom Installer, weil der ja nicht weiß, welche Server du nutzen willst. Allerdings ist es blöd, dass die eine Zeile gar nicht vorhanden war. Naja, dann leg jetzt mal los
War in deinem Installer schon Xfce als Standard-Desktop, oder Gnome? Ist jetzt auch nicht so wild, du hast bestimmt nach und nach noch Fragen Viel Spaß mit Debian Jessie Und wilkommen im Club!

Hier ist noch eine kostenlose PDF, die ich gut fand. Ist ebenfalls kostenlos von der Firma Linup-Front. Damit könntest du sogar für die Einsteiger Prüfung für Linux (Linux Essential) lernen.

Das dauert alles ein wenig, aber irgendwann will man nichts anderes mehr benutzen.
