Die Umgebungsvariable TERM ist nicht gesetzt. Ob das aber die wirkliche Ursache fuer das Problem ist weiss ich nicht.

Oeffne mal ein xterm (oder log dich direkt auch einer Konsole ein) und starte apt-setup nochmal.
