Probleme mit OTRS3

Hallo Leute,

habe folgendes Problem bei einer anderen OTRS3 Installation. Beim anlegen eines Users erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Software error:
can't resolve "config" to address at /usr/lib/perl5/Net/DNS/Resolver/Base.pm line 747.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@XXXXXX.de), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Es ist eine frische OTRS Installation auf einem Debian Lenny System.

Hoffe mir kann wer helfen. Danke

Check mal deine Module via OTRS-Script.

ich verstehe deine Antwort nicht so ganz. Wie soll ich das Prüfen? Im OTRS finde ich keinen Punkt zum Checken.

Installiert habe ich per hand. In Lenny gibt es ja kein OTRS3 was per apt installiert werden kann.

Klingt komisch,aber installier mal Net DNS händisch nach....

(Ich nutze die Net-DNS-0.66 ,du 0.63)

es ist nicht zu glauben ... aber Es funktioniert!

Ich danke dir! Net-DNS war scheinbar der übeltäter, Nun ist die 0.66 drauf und es läuft

Hallo,

leider muss ich das Thema wieder ausgraben

Folgendes Problem ist nun aufgetaucht:

Der Empfang funktioniert ohne Probleme. Jedoch werden keine Mails verschickt. Wenn ich den Cron von Hand starte ergalte ich diese Fehlermeldung:

Das merkwürdige daran ist aber: Mit dem Passwort "123456" funktioniert der Versand. Nachdem ich das PW in der Veraltung vom Mailserver und OTRS geändert habe funktioniert es NICHT mehr.

Ich weiß nun echt nicht mehr weiter

Hi,

es wäre u.U. wissenswert, wie Du den Mailtransfer organisierst.

Was für ein Mailserver steht dahinter? Also wohin verschickt OTRS die Tickets?
Wie sprichst Du diesen in OTRS an?
Welches Modul in OTRS (Core::Sendmail => Sendmail/SMTP/[...]) verwendet Du dafür?
Schickst Du über Debian-SMTP (MTA) oder aus dem OTRS-Modul direkt?

Ich gehe davon aus, dass die otrs.log nicht aussagekräftiger ist...aber ggfs. dort auch mal reinschauen.
Die LogFiles vom entfernten MailServer sind auch nicht zu vernachlässigen.

Hallo!

Also, versand und abgerufen werden die Mails via Postfix und Courier auf der gleichen Maschine. Versand werden die Mails über SMTP. Das einzigste was in den Logs steht, ist auch das was ich schon angegeben habe, wenn ich den Cron per Hand starte. Imap/SMTP
