haben mich in die Situation gebracht, das

Ich sehe da jetzt noch keine geschädigte Libc6.

Suche doch mal nach den Sachen, die das Apt da nicht findet. Gibt es "/sbin/ldconfig", ist das ausführbar und nicht kaputt? Deine "Locale"-Einstellungen erscheinen mir auch etwas antiquiert, nun gut, das sind die für "root", also nicht so tragisch.
