Searching for GRUB installation directory ... found: /boot/grub
warning: grub-probe can't find drive for /dev/mapper/pdc_difibafdhi1.
grub-probe: error: cannot find a GRUB drive for /dev/mapper/pdc_difibafdhi1. Check your device.map

XEN:/boot# dpkg -l | grep grub
ii grub-common 1.98+20100710-1 GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (common files)
iF grub-pc 1.98+20100710-1 GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (PC/BIOS version)
iU grub2 1.98+20100710-1 GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (dummy package)
Allerdings schlägt auch ein dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc fehl:
Code: Alles auswählen
/usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure: grub-pc is broken or not fully installed
Code: Alles auswählen

# grub-install(8), grub-floppy(8),

# and /usr/share/doc/grub-legacy-doc/.
