kann man imageindex einstellen ?

Hallo,
mir stellen gerademal wieder meine schlechten Englischkentnisse ein Bein
Ihr Jüngeren könnt das ja (meinen Enkeln wird sogar schon im Kindergarten Englisch beigebracht)
Vielleicht kann jemand helfen, wäre sehr schön ?

Kann man imageindex irgendwie so einstellen, dass er in den Ordner ~/medium die bilder nicht auf 800x600 verkleinert einstellt, sondern auf meinethalben 1200x900 ?

entweder finde ich es nicht, aus dem oben genannten Grund oder die hilfe bietet so etwas wirklich nicht an, die Optionen die sowas sein könnten, habe ich eingefärbt, aber zu mehr reichen meine Englischkenntnisse leider nicht:

Hallo berlinerbaer,
öffne die Datei ~/.imageindexrc und ersetze dort

$med_x = 800;
und
$med_y = 600;

durch
$med_x =1200;
und
$med_y = 900;

Abspeichern, fertig. Mit der Option -medium sollte das Ganze klappen. Ich nutze das Programm selber nicht, habe nur in
http://www.edwinh.org/imageindex/help.html#variables
nachgeschaut.

ich habe alles gekrempelt, diese Datei gibt es bei mir nicht.
Als ich sie dann selbst erstellt hatte, startete imageindex nicht mehr - also wieder gelöscht.

Ich habe dann mit root-Rechten die Datei /usr/bin/imageindex editiert und den Bereich (rot und fett) hier:

# sizes / dirs
$thumbnail_dir = 'thumbnail';
$default_thumbnail_x = 200;
$default_thumbnail_y = 200;

# If both dimensions of the original are within this much of the thumb
# dimensions we will skip the thumbnail and just use the original
$thumbnail_threshold = 1.0;

# tesla

$med_x = 1000;
$med_y = 700;
$med_dir = 'medium';

verändert.
1200 und 900 war zuviel, das konnte der Browser nicht hin und her schieben zu müssen anzeigen

Aber so geht es jetzt
