Wireless/Modul nicht geladen

Hallo Gemeinde,

ich hab nach etlichen Jahren wieder mit Debian angefangen und es wäre ja ein Wunder
gewesen, wenn gleich alles auf Anhieb funktioniert hätte
Also folgendes:
ich hab da nen alten Dell (Inspiron 5000e), der zwar schon Risse im Gehäuse hat, aber
mit LinuxMint noch bestens funktioniert hat. Leider hat bei Mint die aktuelle Fluxboxversion
im Vergleich zu der vorhergehenden nur Späne gemacht und so hab ich mich wieder auf
die Suche gemacht ... egal.

Folgende Meldung bringt

Laut den Informationen, die mir vorlagen, sollte meine Debianversion
die verwendete Wireless-Karte erkennen und ansteuern - scheint nicht funktioniert
zu haben.

hatte so eine ähnliche karte und da hat er immer den RTL8180 genommen, warum auch immer. habe den auf die blackliste gesetzt und den ndiwrapper genommen. für einige rtl chipsätze gibts aber freie treiber.

kann sein, das unter anderen distris einer dabei ist, und unter debian nicht.

persönlich mache ich es immer mit dem ndiswrapper, wenn ich nicht genau weiß, das er 100% nativ unterstützt wird. und damit bin ich bis jetzt immer gut gefahren. was hindert dich denn an den ndiswrapper? da haste dann auch gleich wpa2 support bei.

also ich weiß nicht, ob das gut ist, wenn du nen anderen chipsatz verwendest. meine alte rtl8180L ( light ), nahm auch diesen treiber, aber ging trotzdem nicht. habe den dann auf die blackliste setzen müssen, und den ndiswrapper genommen.
nehm mal ein live-linux und schau ob die karte funtzt. dann schauste mal, welche treiber ( module ) geladen worden sind. dann im debian lenny nachschauen, ob der treiber dabei ist, ansonsten mußte dir den ja selber bauen.
