[gelöst]Installation auf SATA Festplatte

Hallo,
ich habe mir eine SATA-Festplatte besorgt auf der ich nun Debian installieren wollte.
Das Installationsprogramm findet jedoch die Platte nicht und fragt nach einem Treiber - Ich habe jedoch keine Ahnung welchen der verlangt/ob der überhaupt dabei ist.
Das umstellen von AHCI auf IDE im BIOS bringt keine Änderung. (ärgerlich: Windows tuts dann *grml* )

Das Mainboard ist ein ASUS P5QL SE. Ich weiß leider nicht welches Interface da nun SATA ist, daher hier mal die Ausgabe:

Wo krieg ich nen Treiber her oder wie krieg ich das ganze zum laufen?

Welches Debian wolltest Du denn installieren ? Wenn noch nicht geschehen, probier einmal Lenny (noch testing) aus.

Hi,

hab in mehreren Foren gelesen dass Debian Lenny das Problem loesen soll aber leider nicht bei mir, welche Version hast du denn verwendet?
Oder hast du es irgendwie anders geloest?

Nachtrag: "Lenny stable netinstall" besitzt nicht die benoetigten Treiber aber wenn man die erste CD des Sets benutzt dann ist der benoetigte Treiber auch drauf
