ich habe einen Root-Server bei Serverloft gemietet, der komplett konfiguriert übergeben wurde.
Es ist ein Debian 4.0/64Bit System mit drei 500GB SAS-Platten , Hardware-RAID 5, ZCR, Hot-Swap.
Leider bietet Serverloft absolut keinen Support, wenn es sich nicht um Hardwarefehler handelt.
Der Server schmiert des Öfteren ab, ein Prozess namens pdflush nimmt fast 100% der CPU in Anspruch und scheint für die Abstürze und folgende Meldungen (haufenweise in messages und syslog) verantwortlich zu sein:
