ich habe mir grad mit debootstrap einn neues system aufgesetzt und komme nicht auf das cups webinterface

das geht aber...

Was sagt den nmap ? Hast du auch den richtigen Port ? oder da ausversehen was verbogen ?

geht denn "ping localhost" bzw. wie sieht denn /etc/hosts aus?
Das sollte normal drinstehen:
