ntp: Can't adjust the time of day: Operation not permitted

Ich habe auf meinem Server eine falsche Zeit die mir einige Schwierigkeiten berreitet, also wollte ich sie manuell einstellen:

 date -s "Oct 9, 2007 10:51:00"
date: cannot set date: Operation not permitted
Tue Oct  9 10:51:00 UTC 2007

geht net... also mit ntp versucht:

ntpdate -t 60 ptbtime1.ptb.de
 9 Oct 08:53:38 ntpdate[9224]: Can't adjust the time of day: Operation not permitted

geht auch net oO

bin als root eingeloggt, also daran kanns net liegen
