Einen vom Inet sperren wenn Ping zuhoch

Hallo

gibt es eine Programm das mir anzeigt wer wieviel aus dem netz zieht
und der der zuviel Zieht bzw. zu hohen Ping verursacht gesperrt wird z.b. wegen irgentwelchen Vieren, Trojanern, ...

Mom ists so ich bin mir sicher das Bei einem Client ein der artiges Programm drauf ist denn wenn ich ihn abstecke ist der ping bei 50 sonnst teilweise

das dieser pc z.b. dann Gesperrt wird und der ping auf 50 weiterläuft

er wird wieder entsperrt wenn der Ping normal ist

Ich bin dabei Nagios zu installieren Funktioniert aber nochnicht
