qmail restelos removen

Hi ich bin hier völlig am verzweifeln
nachdem ich stundenlang versucht habe qmail selbst zu kompilieren (rootforum.de faq -> qmail toaster1+2) und, ich weiß gar nicht mehr warum es nicht funktionierte, hab ich versucht es via "apt-get install qmail-src" und "build-qmail" zu installieren...habs aufgegeben nachdem im howto stand dass ich "vmailmgr" apt-getten soll, und dann festgestellt habe dass das nur im unstable tree ist (in dem tollen howto stand debian woody und nix von unstable) und wills jetzt wieder loswerden um postfix zu probieren doch:

komischerweise musste ich apache davor auch deinstallieren

das selbe hab ich bei dpkg --remove qmail, dpkg -reinstall qmail und dpkg --force-all -r qmail
wie werd ich den mist wieder los?
postfix kann ich nicht apt-getten, denn er will vorher natürlich immer qmail deinstallieren....
wäre sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand helfen könnte

das Problem ist dass viele Programme auf einen lokal installierten MTA angewiesen sind. Deshalb musstest du auch apache deinstallieren.

Versuche doch einfach mal postfix mit apt-get zu installieren. Da immer nur 1 MTA mittels apt-get gleihzeitig installiert werden kann, sollte qmail automatisch deinstalliert werden und danach automatisch postfix installiert werden.

Sieht doch gut aus
jetzt motzt er "nur" noch, dass er keinen MTA mehr hat. dieser wird aber benötigt...

Nochmal ein "DIRRRTY Hack" (Christina YEZZ):

Anschliessend aber würd ich einen anderen MTA installieren, wie z.b. exim (apt-get install exim). Für das lokale Maildelivery.
Mit dem obigen "Hack" ist dein System relativ broken...
...aber qmail sollte weg sein

Damit werden die Depends (requires mail-transport-agent) wieder glücklich und dein System sollte wieder einigermassen sauber sein

kann mir keiner helfen?
gibts irgendne möglichkeit zu sehen was debs installieren damit ich per hand alles entfernen kann? dann gibts bestimmt auch ne liste was für packete installiert sind da trag ich einfach qmail raus, ist zwar alles sehr sehr unsauber gelöst aber ich weiß nicht weiter

probier mal das qmail aus dem File
/var/lib/dpkg/status rauszunehmen

hab mal das deb entpackt ($ dpkg -x qmail_1.03-24_i386.deb qmail) und geschaut was alles installiert wurde und per hand removed, damit das nicht mehr so DIRRTY is
