ich habe eben den Kernel 2.6.8 mit den Kernel-images installiert (sarge). Klappt alles bis auf isdn. Ich habe eine Fritz PCI - Karte. Wenn ich /etc/init.d/isdnutils restart eingebe, bekomme ich zu hören:
Restarting ISDN services: error:
Neither /dev/isdninfo nor /dev/isdn/isdninfo exist!
Before you can use any ISDN facilities, ensure you have the proper kernel
modules loaded. These will probably be 'isdn' and 'hisax'.
Read /usr/share/doc/isdnutils-base/README.HiSax.gz for more information
(e.g. with 'zless /usr/share/doc/isdnutils-base/README.HiSax.gz').
/dev/isdninfo und /dev/isdn/isdninfo gibt es auch nicht.
Was kann ich machen? Kann man die devices irgendwo erstellen lassen beim Systemstart?

probier mal (als root):
wenn dabei Fehlermeldungen wie "mknod: `isdn0': File exists" rauskommen,
ist das auch o.k., dann gab's das eine oder andere Device doch schon.
Andere Fehlermeldungen kommen evt. von Eins (1) und Ell (l) verwechselt.
Aber wenn das nicht hilft, weiss ich auch nicht weiter

mknod isdnctrl1 45 65
mknod isdn0 45 0
mknod isdn1 45 1ist das auch o.k., dann gab's das eine oder andere Device doch schon.

ipppd version i2.2 patch level 12
Usage: /usr/sbin/ipppd [ options ], where options are:
<device> Communicate over the named device
<loc>:<rem> Set the local and/or remote interface IP
addresses. (you also may use the option 'useifip' to get IPs).
asyncmap <n> Set the desired async map to hex <n>
auth Require authentication from peer
connect <p> Invoke shell command <p> to set up the serial line
defaultroute Add default route through interface
file <f> Take options from file <f>
mru <n> Set MRU value to <n> for negotiation
netmask <n> Set interface netmask to <n>
See ipppd(8) for more options.
