Nach der Installation des Grundsystemes von Debian Sarge wird ein Neustart verlangt.
Wenn ich diesen ausführe bleibt der Bootvorgang beim Einbinden der HiSax-Treiber für die FritzPCI passive Card stehen.
Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem ?
Kann ich diesen Fehler umgehen und die Treiber für die Karte später einrichten ? Mit welcher Option muß ich dann Debian Sarge installieren ?

habe das problem jetzt erst einmal mit dem deaktivieren (/etc/init.d/hotplug in der zweiten Zeile einfach ein "exit 0" ein, damit das Script beim Booten nicht ausgeführt) der hotplug-liste umgangen und erstmal X11, Windowmanger Gnome und die ganzen programme für einen Desktop installiert.
jetzt will ich die Treiber für ISDN natürlich schon noch einbinden um ins Internet zu kommen. Wie geht das ?
Mit Knoppix gabs keine probleme. Allerdings mit Ubuntu.

willst du jetzt isdn unter ubuntu oder debian installieren?
für ubuntu guckst du hier, bzw. google.
für debian solltest du mit der suchfunkion hier im forum mehr als einmal fündig werden.

ich will ISDN für Debian (hat unter Ubuntu trotz Anleitungen nicht funktioniert).

poste mal deine /etc/isdn/capi.conf. die sollte ungefähr so aussehen.
der eintrag fcpci sollte als einziger(!) auskommentiert sein, also ohne "#".
und poste nochmal ein
dabei solltest du sowas finden:
vielleicht reicht das dann schon.

Eine /etc/isdn/capi.conf habe ich nicht.
geht das denn nicht mit den HiSax-Modulen ?
Ich habe es jetzt mal nach dieser Anleitung http://www.openoffice.de/linux/buch/internet.html#isdn versucht.
Wenn ich eine Web-Adresse eingebe z.B. http://www.debian.org wird zwar Freenet angewählt es wird aber nix im Browser angezeigt.

Eine /etc/isdn/capi.conf habe ich nicht.
geht das denn nicht mit den HiSax-Modulen ?
Ich habe es jetzt mal nach dieser Anleitung http://www.openoffice.de/linux/buch/internet.html#isdn versucht.
Wenn ich eine Web-Adresse eingebe z.B. http://www.debian.org wird zwar Freenet angewählt es wird aber nix im Browser angezeigt.

meine echt tel-Nr. und stadt habe ich hier ersetzt durch "meine_Tel.-Nr, Meine_Stadt"
Wo könnte denn der Fehler liegen ?
doch das geht natürlich auch. früher habe ich das auch gemacht. mal schaun, hier steht doch wasEine /etc/isdn/capi.conf habe ich nicht.
geht das denn nicht mit den HiSax-Modulen ?
in /etc/ppp/ sollten die dateien chap-secrets und pap-secrets liegen. diese enthalten deine user-kennung und dein passwort in folgender form:Jan 28 22:14:30 localhost ipppd: info: no PAP secret entry for this user!

Code: Alles auswählen
"USER-ID" * "PASSWORT" *
dann würde das hier auch sinn machen:

Ich bin drin !! ich habs geschafft !!
Nach 3 Wochen versuchen und ca. 8 Anleitungen und HOWTO's.
Dabei war die Lösung so einfach.
Als letzten Versuch wollte ich isdn-config, wie in linux-User 06.2004 beschrieben, einrichten. Als ich "apt-get install isdn-config" von der linux-User-CD installieren wollte sagte mir dieser Befehl daß es bereits installiert ist. Also isdn-config aufgerufen, konfiguriert und ich bin drin !!

Eigentliches Problem noch immer nicht gelöst...

Stosse gerade bei meiner neuen Installation auf das gleiche Ursprüngliche Problem mit der AVM FritzCard PCI und DEBIAN SARGE 3.1 bzw besser gesagt der TESTING Version.
Ich installiere das Basis-System und reboote anschliessend. Danach, mein starten des Systems (Kernel läd bzw check wohl noch gerade die HW ab) bleibt die Kiste wie bereits schonmal beschrieben bei einer zeile stehen und macht garnichtsmehr. Jedenfalls ist nichts erkennbar.
Was ich weitgehend ausschliessen kann sind HW defekte da die gleiche HW unter Windoof noch einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Es kann durchaus sein das es etwas mit den PNP bzw Hotplug subsystem zu tun hat, will aber daran nur ungern manuell herumpfuschen.
Hat jemand nen Tip bzw ne offizielle Lösung?
