Hallo,
hab jetzt alles probiert wie ich die maus bekomme. Hb die suche benutz bei google gesucht.usw hab auch was gefunden und zwar das.

Hi AdS,

1. wo hast Du "das" gefunden
2. läuft die Maus unter Knoppix?

das [1] hinter Maus dürfte auf eine Fussnote in dem Text woher du sie hast hinweisen. Gehört also nicht in den Identifier. Dann musst Du die Maus noch in der Section "ServerLayout" als InputDevice eintragen, so wie Die anderen Einträge für Keyboard und die Mäuse.

das hat ich aus nen andern forum.

Unter knoppix läuft die maus. perfekt. auser halt die ganzen tasten aber man kann den maus zeiger bewegen.

wie meinst das als "ServerLayout" eintragen. also oben mit rein schreiben aber welchen text?

so zusagen dann InputDevice "Mouse" "CorePointer" wenn ich dann unten das [1] weg gemacht hab. Werd ich jetzt mal probieren.

has auch dann oben in server layout so rein gemacht

Und Es geht trozdem nicht hab geguckt ob der vllt die befehle nicht an genommen hat aber in der /etc/X11 in der config steht alles drin wie oben gemacht aber trozdem geht die maus nciht. Ne alte PS/2 maus geht auch nciht in debian.

Sorry, bin etwas Blöd... aber hast du jetzt mal PS/2 und ImPS/2 (ich weis nicht wie die Protokolle genau heißen) versucht und jeweils damit gestartet? Denn so ein problem hatte ich auch mal, das lies sich dann so fixen.

Schmeiss am besten mal die nicht benötigten Mäuse aus der XFree86Config-4
Die verwirren nicht nur uns sondern eventuell auch den XServer.

Deine Serverlayout-Section sollten dann so ausschaun:

Du kannst jetzt auch die überflüssigen Section "InputDevice" mit den alten Einträgen für Mäuse löschen.

Dann schaust mal ob bei Dir /dev/nput/mice überhaupt existiert?

Wenn ja, gib in einer Console cat /dev/input/mice ein und bewege die Maus.
Wenn seltsame Zeichen kommen beim Bewegen der Maus is alles ok. Dann kommt bei Section "InputDevice" für die Maus bei Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice" rein.

Falls das nicht klappt schau ob /dev/psaux existiert wenn ja wieder mit cat /dev/psaux testen ob sich was rührt wenn Du die Maus bewegst. Dann ist das das Device.

Dann musst Du nur noch das richtige Protocol rausfinden, Entweder "ImPS/2" oder "PS/2" und bei Option "Protocol" eintragen. Das geht leider nur durch ausprobieren.

In Knoppix war das auch mal so, das man beim starten wenn man eine Wheelmouse nutzen wollte 'wheelmouse' eingegeben hat, und der dann das Protokoll in der XFree Konfiguration geändert hat.

hallo , hab des jetzt alles so gemacht wie gesagt. Aber hab auch die mice drauf und wenn ich das mache cat /dev/input/mice kommt ne fehler meldung kein input device oder so bei den psaux hängt der sich auf.

werd das dann mal mit dem protokoll probieren...

Ach, wie "hängt" er sich auf? Das sich Linux bei ganz einfachen DIngen hängt habe ich nur ein mal bei Knoppix gesehen. Aber unter Knoppix geht es, oder? Dann guck halt in die Knoppix Configdatei nach dem Device und dem Protokoll.

Was heisst er hängt sich auf, passiert nix, auch wenn du die Maus bewegst? beenden kannst du das dann mit [strg]+[c].
Also die Strg-Taste und gleichzeitig die Taste C drücken.
Wo hängt eigentlich Deine maus drann? vielleicht am USB Port oder am seriellen?

Die tastatur ging nicht mehr also hat keine befehle ein genommen und die maus ging auch nicht. Kann auch nciht 100%ig sagen ob der sich auf gehangen hat. Konnt ja sein das druch den befehl der usb port komplett lahm gelegt war. Weil ja meine tastatur auch auf usb läuft.

a ist aber doch am USB an geschlossen ist auch ne reine usb maus. Wenn ich den ps/2 adapter nehme und auf psaux mache tut sich ncihts. gnau wie beim usb.

DAs komische ist ja in knoppix gehts perfekt. Aber mit der selben cfg gehts auch nicht.

Hi,

Du musst für die USB-Maus auch die Treiber mit modconf laden.

also in der Console modconf als root ausführen und UHCI, UHID (USB Human Interface Device support), HID im Bereich /kernel/drivers/usb aktivieren.
in /kernel/drivers/input dann noch die Mausunterstützung aktivieren, dann sollte es mit der USB-Maus funzen.

Du kannst es aktivieren und damm modconf beenden. Danach kannst nu mit lsmod gucken ob es drin ist und mit modprobe es laden falls es nicht der fall war.

hab modconf gemacht steht aber nirgenswo was von uhci uhid oder allgemin usb hab da aber was gefunden mit logitechmouse bus wollts aktivieren kamm erst mal installation lief schief.

und den ordner /kernel/ gibts bei mir gar nicht.

wenn Du modconf startest, hast du oben etws Text und darunter eine lange Liste, in der kannst Du mit den Cursortasten navigieren.
Links steht immer was mit kernel/... und rechts eine kurze Beschreibung.
Geh in der Liste mal runter bis du zu kernel/drivers/input kommst dort drückst Du return und gehst zur Mausunterstützung mit /dev/mouse. Dann kannst Du mit Cursorrechts auf ok gehen und das installieren lassen. Dann mit Cursorup nach "Beenden Alle Module erledigt. Zurück zum Vorhergehenden Modul" kommst Du wieder zu der Liste mit kernel/... dann weiter runter bis zu "kernel/drivers/usb" Dort dann die oben genannten Module installieren. Falls die vorhanden sind, könnte auch sein, daß die schon in den Kernel eincompiliert sind.

Ansonst kannst du noch in /dev mit ls /dev/*mouse* nachschaun ob du da schon ein usbmouse oder usb-mouse device hast. Deine Maus ist hoffentlich wieder am usb-port angeschlossen. Dann könntest Du auch das testen mit cat /dev/usbmouse ob was kommt wenn die Maus bewegt wird. mit [Strg]+[c] kannst du dann den Test wieder beenden.

das mit dem modconf da kommen 5 teile wo man drauf gehen kann mit der maus

ein mal CDROM, LP, mice, und ?? sowas sind aber grad mal 5 stück.

hab in allen rein gegückt das einzigste wo was mit maus stand war mice aber auch irgend wie nur MSmouse bus und logitechmouse bus aber das logi lies sich ja nicht installieren.

und an sonsten wenn man das halt installieren will komt wollen sie es in den kernel zufügen oder sowas ähnliches.

maus hängt am usb port

hab nach geschaut ob wohl der usb ->ps/2 adapter aufen tisch liegt. war mir schon selber nimmer sicher..

bei mir gibts in /proc/bus nur pci und das wars.

ok, also sind die usb-module nicht im kernel. Was hast Du denn für einen Kernel installiert?
