O.g. Wifi Modem stellt per USB oder wlan eine Internet-Verbindung ins UMTS-Netz her. Auf der win7-Partition meines Laps funktioniert das auch, aber noch nicht auf Debian 6.0. Ich habe versucht nach http://wiki.debianforum.de/WLAN_Einrichten vorzugehen:

Mir ist es, wie gesagt, wurscht, ob die Verbindung zum Lap ber USB oder wlan läuft. Wie kann ich weiter vorgehen ? Fehlen da noch Treiber ? Muß ich mich mit wvdial einwählen oder wie funktioniert das ? Hätte da jemand Ahnung, Tips ? Danke für Unterstützung.

Habe soeben erfahren, daß es sich bei dem geliehenen Wifi-Modem um ein Huawei E1550 handelt. Darüber gibt es jede Menge Einträge im Internet. Mein gesamter Forums-Eintrag ist damit sinnlos und belegt Speicherplatz. Ihr könnt ihn von mir aus gern löschen. Sorry.
